Review: Doctor Who’s ‘The Day of the Doctor’

The 50th anniversary of Doctor Who provided a chance for the rare experience of event cinema. With very few details spoiled and an audience full of excitable fans, watching ‘The Day of the Doctor’ in the cinema was quite unlike anything else I’ve seen. It’s a tremendously fun piece of storytelling that hints at a positive direction for the show’s future while looking back to its past.
